I've attempted to fix all these issues, in addition to making the centering and transparency of the icons consistent, and as a bonus I've included patches for all the mods in Viva New Vegas that add new icons - the Plasma Boomstick, Nivea's Spice of Life, and Tammer's NIF-Bashed Armor and Clothing Pack. While it's a great mod, it unfortunately had a few lingering issues, like icons that weren't replaced or that had mismatching transparency. Complete Vault Girl Interface 3.0 is an updated version of the original Complete Vault Girl Interface.
